No refunds given on signed books.
Replacements only available due to misprints that were missed by the shop owner.
Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will only complete exchanges for the same item, send us an email at b.isabelwrites@gmail.com. In the email, please include a photo of the book cover, page where the book was signed, and misprinted page with page number visible.
Once your purchase and misprint is verified, and you are approved for an exchange, you will be sent a return shipping label. As soon as the returned item is received, it’s replacement will ship within 2-4 business days.
